This extensive first-class safari visits the most popular parks in Kenya and Tanzania, and features a stay at the Ark tree hotel, which overlooks a watering hole and rhino reserve. Near the end of your journey, relax at the prestigious Mount Kenya Safari Club, where the 100-acre grounds include colorful gardens and soothing waterfalls. Take pleasure in several game drives in the unique Tarangire National Park and experience plentiful wildlife without the concentrations of tourists who visit the larger parks. In scenic Lake Manyara, participate in a game drive while keeping your eyes peeled for tree-climbing lions and enjoy optional activities such as a visit to a local village or nature walk through the bush. You'll also explore the exquisite and wildlife-abundant Ngorongoro Crater…the endless plains of the Serengeti…the lush forests of Aberdares National Park with views of Mount Kenya…and the Masai Mara, the finest game reserve in all of Kenya featuring the big five: elephant, buffalo, cheetah, lion and leopard.
